Starting with a daily appetizer, you can enjoy a salad full of fresh vegetables from contracted farmers and two kinds of meat sashimi. You can also enjoy Kumamoto black pork ribs and horse meat sushi. You will be very satisfied with the chicken nanban and your choice of Kyushu hotpot (Hakata mentaiko motsunabe, Nanbu chicken mizutaki hotpot). Finish off with rice porridge and the chef's special dessert for a luxurious moment.
